The methods enabled for this store appear on the checkout page, under Payment. Cash on delivery is available on eligible pin codes; any card or UPI options show there too once they are switched on.

Orders can be changed or cancelled while they are still Processing. Send us the order number through the contact page and we will sort it out. Once an order is marked Completed it has left the warehouse and the return policy applies instead.

Coupon codes go in the Coupon box on the cart page, or on the checkout summary. The discount appears in the price breakdown straight away, before you pay.

Orders are dispatched within two working days. Metro pin codes usually receive the parcel in three to five days, and the rest of India in five to seven. Festival weeks can add a day or two.

Use the Track Order page with your order number and the email you checked out with. You will see the current status and every update recorded against the order. Logged-in customers can also see everything under My Account → Orders.

Shipping is free once your cart crosses the free-shipping threshold shown in the cart drawer. Below that, a flat rate applies and is calculated at checkout.

Free Size pieces use a drawstring waist that adjusts within the range listed under Specification on the product page — usually up to 42 inches. The Size Chart link on each product opens the full measurement guide.

The Set Contains row under Specification lists exactly what ships in the pack — lehenga, blouse, dupatta and inner where applicable. Blouse pieces are supplied unstitched unless the product says otherwise.

Every product is photographed as it actually arrives, under natural light. Screens still vary, so a shade can read slightly warmer or cooler than it looks on your device.

Dry clean is recommended for embroidered, mirror and gota patti work. Plain cotton and rayon pieces can be hand washed gently in cold water, dried in shade and ironed on low.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and still in its original packaging with the tags intact. Tell us the order number and we will arrange the pickup.

Once the returned parcel reaches us and passes a quick check, the refund is raised the same week. Your bank usually takes a further five to ten working days to post it.
